Super Bowl LX Order Refund Sweepstakes – Terms & Conditions

The Super Bowl LX Order Refund Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) begins on February 5, 2026 at 12:00 am CST and ends on February 8, 2026 at 5:30 pm CST (Super Bowl LX kickoff) or once $250,000 USD in total qualifying sales has been reached, whichever occurs first.

To qualify, customers must place a single order totaling $400 USD or more before shipping during the Promotion period and must include the promo code SUPERBOWL in the “Notes” section at checkout. Orders that do not meet the minimum order value or fail to include the required code in the “Notes” section will not qualify.

All sales are final. Orders will be fulfilled regardless of Promotion outcome, and no cancellations, substitutions, or exceptions will be permitted.

If the New England Patriots win Super Bowl LX, qualifying customers will receive a refund of the purchase price of their qualifying order, excluding shipping costs, issued to the original form of payment. If the New England Patriots lose, no refunds will be issued.

Refunds apply only to qualifying orders placed during the Promotion window and are limited to one qualifying order per customer. Shipping costs and non-qualifying purchases are non-refundable. Refund processing times may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution.

The Promotion is subject to sales monitoring in real time and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time once the sales cap is reached. Void where prohibited.

By participating, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions and all decisions made by the sponsor, which are final and binding.
