How do I track my points and rewards?
Simply log into your account to see a dashboard view of your points balance, current tier, and available rewards. You'll also receive email notifications about your points balance and tier status.
How do I redeem my points?
Select how many points you'd like to apply to your order at checkout, and watch your total drop!
What are the VIP tiers, and how do they work?
We’ve got three VIP tiers - apprentice, journeyman, and master. As you spend more, you automatically progress through the tiers - unlocking perks like faster point earnings, better gifts, and more.
How much are points worth?
Every 100 points earned = $1 in rewards. You can redeem as many points as you like toward a purchase, provided you have enough points to cover the discount.
What benefits are included at each tier?
Apprentice: Free to join, 1x points multiplier, 300 points birthday gift, 100 points to leave a review!
Journeyman: 3x points multiplier, 500 points birthday gift, 200 points to leave a review, plus early access to sales!
Master: 5x points multiplier, 1,500 points birthday gift, 300 points to leave a review, plus early access to sales and price drops!
How do I refer friends, and what rewards do we both get?
Your unique referral link is in your account, you just have to share it with your buddy. Once they make their first purchase, they'll get $20 OFF, and you'll earn $20 (2,000 points) to redeem off your next purchase when they buy!
Can I earn points for things other than purchases?
Yes! You can also earn points from referring friends, following us on social media, or celebrating birthdays. The points you earn through these activities are also based on your current tier, so members in higher tiers will earn points faster on these activities, too.
Do my points expire?
Points don't expire for active members. However, you may lose points if your account becomes inactive for a prolonged period.
What happens if I return an item?
Points earned from returned items will be deducted from your account balance.
Can I combine points with other discounts or promo codes?
Yes, points can be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise specified.
How will I know when I’m eligible for a tier upgrade?
You'll receive an email notification when you reach the spending threshold to move to a higher tier. Your account dashboard will also display your current tier and any upcoming tier upgrades.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
No. The number of points you can earn through purchases, referrals, and promotions is unlimited.
