This is the replacement spring and insulator set for the Stinger V electrode holder, compatible with both the STV001 and STV002 models. Each spring ships with two insulators, making it easy to keep your Stinger V holder running like new.

The Stinger V 002 is an American-made, fully insulated electrode holder built for stick welding (SMAW), designed with welding shops, pipeline crews, and pipe fabrication work in mind. Its patented V-shaped jaw locks the electrode firmly in place for a secure, reliable grip. The holder is cast from thick brass with high copper content, which improves conductivity and helps it run cooler through extended use — a design that's made it a favorite among pipeline welders.

The Speedy Loop is a mounting attachment designed for welders who frequently swap caps in and out of their hard hats. It adjusts to fit virtually any hard hat, and can be purchased as a stand-alone install kit or found pre-installed on Fibre Metal welding helmets and face shields. The brim-tab mount is built without any metal components, so it doesn't affect the hard hat's dielectric rating, and it installs without tools or hat modifications using the loop has no effect on the hard hat's ANSI rating.
