1. Ownership of Submissions All ideas, suggestions, feedback, concepts, data, text, and other content (collectively, "Submissions") submitted through this page are and shall become the sole and exclusive property of PIPELINERS CLOUD®, LLC upon submission. By submitting, you irrevocably assign all rights, title, and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to your Submission to PIPELINERS CLOUD®, LLC. PIPELINERS CLOUD®, LLC shall have the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and otherwise exploit your Submission in any form, medium, or technology, whether now known or hereafter developed, without restriction, notice, attribution, or compensation of any kind.

2. No Compensation You expressly acknowledge and agree that no compensation, royalty, payment, credit, acknowledgment, or other form of remuneration will be provided to you in connection with your Submission, regardless of whether PIPELINERS CLOUD®, LLC uses, implements, develops, commercializes, or otherwise acts upon your Submission in whole or in part. This policy applies to all submitters equally, including but not limited to retail customers, wholesale clients, welding educators, marketing influencers, employees, vendors, and service providers.

3. Voluntary Submission All Submissions are made entirely voluntarily. No one is required, coerced, or obligated to submit content through this form. You acknowledge that your decision to submit is entirely your own and is made without any expectation of reward, recognition, or business relationship with Pipeliners Cloud, LLC. The existence of this Suggestion Box does not constitute an offer, agreement, partnership, employment relationship, or any other legal obligation between you and PIPELINERS CLOUD®, LLC.

4. Originality & Third-Party Rights You represent and warrant that your Submission is your own original idea or work, and that it does not infringe upon or violate any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, contractual obligations, or any applicable law. You further state that you have the right to submit the content and to grant the rights described herein. If your Submission includes references to third-party products, brands, businesses, or individuals, you acknowledge that PIPELINERS CLOUD®, LLC is not responsible for independently verifying such references and may act upon, disregard, or investigate them at its sole discretion.

5. No Confidentiality No Submission will be treated as confidential or proprietary, regardless of any statement to the contrary made by you, whether on this form or in any accompanying communication. Do not submit information that you consider trade secrets, protected business information, or confidential personal data belonging to another person or entity. PIPELINERS CLOUD®, LLC is under no obligation to keep any Submission confidential.

6. Privacy & Contact Information Any personal information voluntarily submitted — including your name, email address, and phone number — will be used solely to communicate with you regarding your Submission. PIPELINERS CLOUD® LLC will not sell, rent, or share your personal contact information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Your contact details will be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your Submission and manage our internal records, in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Anonymous submissions are permitted. The absence of personal contact information does not affect the validity of a Submission or the rights granted to Pipeliners Cloud, LLC herein.

7. No Obligation to Act PIPELINERS CLOUD® LLC has no obligation to review, respond to, implement, or otherwise act upon any Submission. The submission of an idea does not guarantee that it will be reviewed within any timeframe, that it will be considered in any business decision, or that any response will be provided. Pipeliners Cloud, LLC reserves the right to use, modify, reject, or discard any Submission at its sole and absolute discretion.

8. Prohibited Content You agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable. You also agree not to submit content that infringes any copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary right, or that contains personal data of any third party without their consent. PIPELINERS CLOUD®, LLC reserves the right to discard any Submission that it deems inappropriate without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pipeliners Cloud, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your Submission or your use of this Suggestion Box, including but not limited to any claim that your idea was used without compensation or credit. Your sole remedy for any dissatisfaction with this process is to refrain from submitting.

10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which PIPELINERS CLOUD®, LLC is formed, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or your Submission shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that state.

11. Modifications PIPELINERS CLOUD® LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue this Suggestion Box and these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of this Suggestion Box after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
