The "Buy a Hood, 2nd Hood's On Us" Giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by Pipeliners Cloud LLC ("Sponsor"). The Promotion runs across two (2) entry days: Thursday, August 6, 2026; and Friday, August 7, 2026. Each daily entry window opens at 12:00 AM CST and closes at 11:59 PM CST on that same day.

How to enter (by purchase). Place an order that includes at least one (1) welding hood during any daily entry window. Each qualifying order placed during a daily window counts as one (1) entry into that day's drawing. No promo code is required — every hood order placed that day is automatically entered.

Free alternate method of entry (AMOE). To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3" × 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Pipeliners Cloud LLC, "Buy a Hood" Giveaway. Limit one (1) entry per envelope; each mailed entry must be sent separately. A mail-in entry will be entered into the daily drawing for the date it is received and must be received by 11:59 PM CST on that entry day to qualify for that day's drawing. Mail-in entries have the same chance of winning as entries made by purchase. Mail-in entrants who win receive one (1) welding hood of a model and size selected by the Winner.

Prize. One (1) winner will be selected per entry day (two winners total across the Promotion). Each daily winner receives one (1) welding hood free of charge — for purchase entrants, a hood selected by the winner; for mail-in entrants, a hood selected by the winner— shipped at no cost to the winner. For purchase entrants, the free hood is a complimentary additional unit; it is not a discount, markdown, credit, or refund applied to the winner's original order, and the winner keeps and pays for their original order in full.

Winner selection and announcement (random drawing). One (1) winner per entry day will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received for that day — combining purchase entries and mail-in entries — conducted by the Sponsor. Winners will be announced on Pipeliners Cloud's official social media channels the following day during a livestream and contacted using the email or contact information associated with their entry. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received that day. All decisions of the Sponsor regarding the drawing and the Promotion are final and binding.

Limitations. Open to residents of the United States only. Limit one (1) entry per qualifying order. All sales are final; original orders will be fulfilled regardless of Promotion outcome, with no cancellations, substitutions, or exceptions. The free hood has no cash value and may not be exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for cash. Shipping of the free hood is covered by the Sponsor; any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the winner.

General. The Promotion may be modified, suspended, or terminated by the Sponsor at any time. Void where prohibited. By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions and to all decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
