Yes, we offer 3 different options for our carbon fiber and Finer Pipeliner hoods. We offer our
fixed lens box, our flip up and our built in flip. The original flip up hood has our in house flip up
lens box that is custom added to our hoods but the built in flip up comes with the flip up lens box
built in already so it is all carbon fiber and weighs less.

Yes, our hoods will accommodate any lens within the 2 by 4 dimensions, but the exact size is actually 2" by 4.25" . As long as the lens is within the 2x4" dimensions it will fit our hood.

Our hoods are made to order, and the turnaround time is currently around 1-3 days not including weekends and 1-5 for our candy carbon fiber hoods.

Our products do not have a set warranty; we do go case by case. Except for our lenses, our lenses have a one-year warranty for any issues with the lens not working properly.

Yes, to be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to us. You will need to send us your tracking number along with your order number via email to gotyoucovered@pipelinerscloud or call us to 979-922-5347 once you send it so we can keep an eye out for it.

Not all of our umbrellas are fire resistant. We do have our 8' Black Fr umbrella and our 10' Blue FR umbrella, but both FR and regular umbrellas will burn, the only difference is that the FR will self-extinguish and has passed 3rd party qualifications. We just want to make sure that you don't assume that it's made out of a fire blanket material. Both materials do ok with grinding sparks.

Yes, our hoods are compatible with the Fibremetal Quick-Lok adapters. We sell Fibremetal hard hats on our website that come with the Quick-Lok adapters, but we don't sell them separate. If you need to get the adapters only the part number is 4000-H5, that's the complete kit.
