Refund policy

Return Policy :Our return policy extends for a duration of 30 days from the date delivery. If more than 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process a refund or exchange. Please note that this policy does not apply to Eagle Vision Welding Lens, which is excluded from our standard return and exchange procedures.

Our Eagle Vision Welding Lens comes with a 7-day Money Back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days from the delivery date, you can return it. Additionally, we provide a 1-year warranty on our Eagle Vision Lens.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to us. *Does not apply to Umbrellas. Damaged Items-We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or just need a different size, send us an email at gotyoucovered@pipelinerscloud.com and send your item to PO Box 721, Lake Jackson TX 77566, United States. 

Umbrellas- All Sales are Final on USED umbrellas. (No Exchanges) USED means scratches on the pole has been opened and used, needs to be in perfect condition. 

Umbrella warranties- We do not offer wind warranties, on the umbrellas, due to mother nature. The 8-footer does perform better with the wind vs the 10-footer, Please take this into consideration if you are in a High Wind area. 

Shipping Protection-While shipping protection is not mandatory, we highly recommend it for orders exceeding $100.00. Opting for shipping protection ensures that, in the unfortunate event of your package being lost in transit or damaged, we will promptly dispatch a replacement. Without shipping protection, the process involves filing a claim with the carrier, which can take several months for a resolution. Please note, refunds are not applicable for orders not including shipping protection that have been lost or damaged during transit by the carrier.You can easily manage your preference for shipping protection using a toggle switch located under the Checkout Button. In case you do not receive your item, please inform us within 5 days from the delivery date. Occasionally, the carrier might display a "delivered" status, but the actual delivery may occur the next business day. Beyond this 5-day window, we cannot guarantee protection, and we will not be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages.It's important to note that if the carrier indicates your item has been delivered, and you have not received it, you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier, as we are unable to provide protection for items with a "delivered" status.

 

Missing or Damaged Item(s)- We strive not to have any mistakes with your order but if you do receive your order with a missing item(s), or damaged please let us know as soon as possible. We have seven days from the delivery date to notify us. After seven days we are not liable for any missing or damaged items.

*Shipping not guaranteed daily due to High Demand.Please ensure accurate input of your shipping address, including details like your Hotel Name, Apt Number, etc. If the item is dispatched to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost(s) to update to the correct address.

 

Return Address To return your product, you should mail your product to PO Box 721, Lake Jackson TX 77566, United States You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
